• Q: What is the quickest and easiest way to order?
• A: Make a selection from the pencils-for-you store  http://store.pencils-for-you.com        Type in your billing and shipping info.  Put your imprint request and other instructions in the Instructions From Buyer box.  Then choose your payment method.  If you choose paypal you will go to a paypal invoice and you will be able to pay immediately.  You can likewise choose credit card and put in your credit card info.   You can also choose payment by check or money order.  When you are finished you will have an invoice to print.   If you mail in your payment just send in a copy of the invoice with your payment.
  
• Q: Where do I put my imprint request?
• A: If you print the mail-in order form there is a place near the end of the form for your imprint request and preferences.   If you check out at the online store place your imprint request and any other important information in the Instructions From Buyer box.
• Q: I bought one of your auction items.   Now what do I do?
• A:
  Please use andale checkout to complete your store or auction purchase.
  
  You will receive a winning bidder notification from Andale immediately after your winning bid.
  
  To complete your order, please fill in your information in the form. Once
  you go to my checkout, you will be able to select your shipping preferences and
  choose your payment method.
  
  Using my checkout helps me get your items sent out as quickly as possible.
  
  
• Q: What kind of shipping do you offer?
  
• A: We offer parcel post and priority shipping.   We also offer first class shipping
  for smaller weight packages.   A small handling charge of 65 cents is added for
  handling and tracking your order.   Insurance is required for larger carton purchases but
  not offered on smaller orders.
  
  Always choose priority for the Pacific and Carribean islands and out of country orders.

• Q: My shipping charge seems too high or too low.  What's up?
  
• A: Canadian and other out of country orders sometimes misquote on postage.   Complete the
  checkout and then email me before you pay and let me check it over first.   If there is an error
  I can fix it before you pay.
  
  
• Q: I can't get through the checkout without my computer locking up?  What do I do?
  
• A: Sometimes the andale checkout locks up during high traffic times
  on the paypal server.   Also, you may have to delete the cookies in your
  browser or delete temp files or reboot to prevent a freezeup.  If all else fails email me or give me
  a call and I will help.   Clearing cookies and a reboot fixes it most of the time.  I highly recommend that you
  configure your browser to clear your cookies each time you quit or exit.  Your software will run much better.
• Q: Your prices are cheaper in the pencils-for-you store than on ebay. Why?
• A: Well it's obvious that fees are higher for us when you buy through eBay. We use eBay as a tool to bring in new customers. We owe a great debt of gratitude to eBay because it has enabled us to promote and define our business and our ethics in a way no other portal on the internet can do. We encourage you to buy from us through eBay. Then when you are satified with our products and our honesty, buy from our store and save money. If you've been referred to us, then you know our reputation already. Remember we're here to do good business. We use tools to protect the buyer and the seller ... ebay & paypal are two of the best. We want your business and we want you to come back to us and to refer customers to us.
